Our Rider-Focused Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Note on Safety Gear: For the protection of all riders, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Eyewear (opened packages)
- Base & Mid Layers (worn items)
- Boots (worn items)
- Filters (opened packages)
Easy 3-Step Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our rider-support team at [email protected] with the following details (or use our template below):
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Prepaid return shipping label (for defective/wrong items)
- Instructions for repackaging
Step 3: Ship Your Return

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timeline: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Original payment method (credit cards/PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
International Returns
For riders outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs forms must be marked “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid duties
- Allow extra time for international shipping processing
